Founding of BHK of America in Mahwah, N.J

Founding of BHK UK Ltd. in Peterlee, UK.
Peter Kottmann joins the management.
1992
Founding of „BHK Holz- und Kunststoff“ in Ebersdorf, Germany. Takeover of drawer and profile manufacturer Wurzbach.
1996
Shareholders Wilhelm Vogt and Elisabeth Willemsen resign, Michael Kottmann and Monika Kamp join.

Heinz Kottmann complements the management.

BHK UK Ltd. move into their new facilities.

Construction of our biomass power plant.

Heinrich Kottmann resigns as a shareholder and founds the haulage „Heinrich Kottmann & Co. KG“.

Founding of BHK Lietuva UAB in Ignalina, Lithuania.

Founding of BHK UK Flooring Ltd. in Peterlee, UK.

Monika Kamp resigns as a shareholder and acquires BHK of America Inc.

Founding of BHK Saalburg GmbH in Saalburg, Germany.

Michael Kottmann resigns as a shareholder and acquires BHK Holz- und Kunststoff GmbH in Ebersdorf, Germany.

Founding of BHK Polska Sp. Z.o.o. in Szczecinek, Poland.
2019
BHK changes its strategic approach in Büren: The „moderna“ brand will be continued by „MeisterWerke Schulte GmbH“ with Heinz Kottmann as CEO.
